Spectre repair time

Heard this thing is 8 hour repair time.  Can anyone confirm?

The Darker Side:
the Repair times depend on the armor there in no away anyone can tell you the repair time unless we know what armor your using and all can say at the moment is the half repair times

Worst case: 1200 ship's armor + (DU4 x 3 slots = 6468) = 7668 x 3 secs per point = 23004 seconds / 60 = 383.4 mins / 60 = 6.39 hrs (6 hours 19 mins per ship) x 4 = 25 hours 16 mins per fleet of 4 (or 4 hours total with no armor).
