New level structure..., uhm, can i spell non-improvement? When i was lv 28 there were way less 33s than atmo so maybe i'm missing the point but is the current system really broken?

There already is a Dry Dock available to us. Only it's not called DD as you'd expect but instead it's called CC.

Nice vids. Love the intro as well. I noticed u r not bothered by lag that much where as I usually can not even turn a corner with my base fleet. Good job!
